Mr. <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/adem-vokshi-8555882b/">Adem Vokshi</a> is a former judge and attorney with over 40 years of diverse legal experience including positions within judiciary, administrative and executive institutions and defense attorney. Mr. Vokshi is the most outstanding litigation attorney in Kosovo. He is well known for his expertise in real estate, family law and banking and finance sector. Mr. Vokshi used to serve as Commissioner at the Kosovo Property Agency. From 2004 to 2006 he served as the President of the Kosovo Bar Association. Mr. Vokshi is also a former member of Kosovo Judicial Council. From 2009 to 2015 Mr. Vokshi was member of Bar Exam commission. Mr. Vokshi has lectured courses on civil procedure for candidates training for the bar exam as of 2002 till present. Since 2001, Mr. Vokshi is a trainer of trainers at the Kosovo Judicial Institute and Kosovo Bar Association. Mr. Vokshi is the co-author and drafter of several legal commentaries in Kosovo, including the Law on Obligation, Family Law, the Manual for Bar Exam and now he is member of the commission drafting the Civil Code of Kosovo. He fluently speaks Albanian and Serbo-Croatian languages.

Mr. <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/florin-lata-15a9bb59/">Florin Lata</a> is attorney at law and registered trademark agent before IP Office in Kosovo. Mr. Lata specializes in Intellectual Property Law and is the exclusive partner of REACT (The Anti-Counterfeit Network) for Kosovo. Mr. Lata works on a wide range of issues related to the IPR, including developing primary legislation and regulations in intellectual property rights in Kosovo. He is the leading Kosovo expert in Intellectual Property. Mr. Lata is the author and co-author of number of articles related to Copyright, Trademark rights and Patent law in Magazine “Autori” published by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports in Kosovo. He is currently President of the Commission for Legislation and Normative before Kosovo Bar Association. Mr. Lata has been engaged as external expert from Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports to provide his expertise on drafting primary and secondary legislation about IPR in Kosovo. He used to teach French at the Alliance Française de Pristina in Kosovo. While in the past he has also served as Director in the Franco – Kosovo Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Lata holds LL.M from the University of Lyon 2 in International Private Law. Before joining Vokshi & Lata, Agnesa gained experience at the Court of Appeal of Kosovo and worked as a legal and administrative officer at the Central Election Commission of Kosovo. Since joining Vokshi & Lata in November 2021, she has been involved in a variety of cases. Gent Nuza is a dedicated legal professional with a strong background in banking, property, administrative, and commercial law. He earned his law degree from the University of Prishtina and has gained extensive practical experience across different sectors of the legal field. He began his career in the notary sector before transitioning to private practice at a law office in Prishtina, where he developed a solid foundation in legal procedures. Gent further expanded his expertise as a legal officer at one of the largest commercial banks in Kosovo, where he worked on complex banking and corporate matters. Now part of our team, Gent is in the process of becoming a licensed lawyer, aiming to contribute his knowledge and experience to a broad range of legal issues. Florentina Lata is our Office Operations and PR Manager. In addition, she has been intensively working in IPR Issues like monitoring the market for counterfeit products and has also been involved on the process of monitoring the destruction of goods. Ms. Florentina Lata has been actively assisting some of the key clients of Vokshi & Lata Law Firm such as Samsung, Apple, Adidas, Audi, VW, Louis Vuitton, Polo, Etc. Before joining Vokshi & Lata Ms. Lata has been serving as managing partner of an international company located in Kosovo. Ms. Florentina Lata has a large contribution to the firms profile and clienteles satisfaction with the firm which is one of the most difficult parts to be ensured when working with large companies and their complex cases.

Diart Gashi is a dedicated legal professional with a strong academic background in financial law. He earned his law degree from the University of Prishtina and is currently pursuing a master’s in <em>Financial Law</em> at the same institution. His experience includes participation in various professional programs, legal training, and internships within judicial institutions. He has also contributed to court transparency by monitoring sessions through a non-governmental organization. Mr. <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/ted-ginsburger-99a26316b/">Ted Ginsburger</a> is a Legal Consultant at Vokshi & Lata. He is a French Lawyer and a Doctor of Law. He started his career in France as a Counsel for local authorities and public institutions. By working for national and international law firms, national institutions and international agencies, in France and later in Indonesia and Vietnam, he acquired extensive experience in drafting contract, conducting Legal Briefs, Audit and Due Diligence Reports, especially in the field of Contract Law, Anti-Corruption Law, Environmental Law and Intellectual Property. From 2006 to 2008, he was a Lecturer in Intellectual Property, Fiscal Law and Regulation Law, at the University of Nîmes. More recently Ted did a conference about Public Entreprises for Universitas Indonesia and was a Session Lecturer in International contract for Vietnam National University. Mr. Ginsburger is also a published author, in particular in World Trademark Review and Vietnam Investment Review.

He specializes in Commercial and Administrative Law, with a particular focus on contracts, bankruptcy and intellectual property. Albin’s experience in the Basic Court in Prishtina, along with his exceptional performance during his undergraduate and master’s studies at the University of Prishtina, has made him a valuable addition to Vokshi & Lata. In his work, Albin consistently demonstrates a high level of maturity, integrity, and professionalism in the cases that he is entrusted.
